When will you pickup

At Www.Pakke.dk you choose what day and what time you would like we pick up your packages . However, it is essential that there is someone at home at the time you choose - we can not pick up your packages if there are people at home to hand .

Why should there be any home?

Many reasons why we would like to pick up packages in person, rather than that they are put outside. Some of the problems which have been the attempt of this is to

• There is one who " steals" the package before we arrive
  
• The package is not packed satisfactory and we can not pick it up
  
• There is not the necessary labels or documents attached to the box
  
• Our driver cannot find the " right behind the shed to the left in the yard "
  
• It has been raining so the package has been damaged so " who should pay"
  

 
Note: The advantage of bringing the packages to work or have it picked up a place where there is " nobody home " is that so avoid even having to be at home alle day when we get the package
 
Important: It is important there is someone to deliver the agreed time where we need to pickup the package, contrary to expectations, not that there will be a fee associated with an unsuccessful pickup request
