Accounts Receivable Specialist

Workplace: Lublin

Salary: 5.000-6.000 gross

Tasks:

• Daily interaction with Customers as it relates to collections, orders, settlements, invoices and credit notes
• Responsible for all collections activities. Activities include minimizing balances on customers’ accounts, timely escalation/resolution of disputes with customers and cooperation with professional Scandinavian cash collector company
• Providing accurate and informed responses connected with settlements to customers queries through correspondence (generally by email)
• Support Bad Debt Reserve and Write Off processes
• Making analysis of customer duties and taking appropriate action – invoicing customers or contact with tax authorities/vendors.

Requirements:

• Education: finance, economy, mathematics or similar
• Experience in Shared Service Center on similar position – minimum 2 years (is a must)
• Fluent English
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (ability to create basic pivot tables is a must)
• Attention to detail and numerical ability
• Ability and eagerness to learn new processes/procedures
