HOW IT WORKS

When you have entered all the information needed in the fields above, and you click send, then we will send an email to the customer/guest with instructions on how to book pickup of the forgotten item.

When the customer/guest has booked and paid, you will receive an email with label and pickup date and time. The label you print and attach to the box.

If the guest does not respond to the first mail, then we will send 2 reminders. If there is not booking after the 3 mails, then we will delete the request and notify you.
